Key Features

Large Tile Capacity The DeWalt D24000S 10 In. Wet Tile Saw With Stand handles up to 25 inch rip cuts, 28 inch plunge cuts, and 18 x 18 inch tile on a diagonal. That gives tile setters room to work on larger floor and wall tile without wrestling the material. Actually Portable At 69 lbs. for the saw, this is built for one-person transport instead of a two-man lift. The folding stand sets up fast on the job and stores easier in the truck when the day is done. Cleaner, Straighter Cuts The rubber-matted cutting cart, stainless steel rollers, and integrated rail system are there for a reason: stable tracking and accuracy within 1/32 inch over 18 inches. Less wandering at the blade means less wasted tile.

Overview

The DeWalt D24000S 10 In. Wet Tile Saw With Stand is a corded wet tile saw built for professional tile cutting on jobs that need capacity, accuracy, and easier transport than a bulkier shop saw. This is a wet tile saw designed for cutting ceramic, porcelain, masonry, marble, granite, glass tile, and stone with water-fed blade cooling and better dust control. Model Number: D24000S. If you need a serious tile saw that can move from truck to jobsite without turning setup into its own project, this one makes a strong case.

The big selling point here is capacity without the usual size penalty. You get up to 25 inch rip cuts, up to 28 inch plunge cuts, and the ability to cut 18 x 18 inch tile on a diagonal. That matters if you are installing larger format floor tile, making outlet or register cutouts, or working with layouts that would normally push you into a much larger saw. The plunge feature is especially useful for electrical outlets, heating registers, and other interior cuts where a standard pass will not get the job done cleanly.

Accuracy is where this saw separates itself from cheaper wet saws that feel loose once you put real material on the tray. DeWalt uses a rubber-matted cutting cart along with stainless steel rollers and an integrated rail system to keep the cut tracking consistently. The stated accuracy of within 1/32 inch over 18 inches is the kind of spec that actually means something on finish tile work. When grout lines need to stay tight and repeat cuts need to match, a stable cart and aligned rail system save time and frustration.

The 1.5 horsepower motor is built for hard tile, not just softer ceramic. DeWalt specifically calls out dense porcelain, granite, marble, and glass tile, which tells you this saw is aimed at serious remodelers, tile contractors, and installers who do not want to baby the tool. Integrated beveling up to 45 degrees and miter capability at 45 and 22.5 degrees also make it more useful for detail work, corners, and trim pieces without switching to another setup.

Jobsite practicality is another strong point. Water management on a wet tile saw can make or break whether you want to use it indoors, and this model is set up to contain the mess better than a lot of open-pan designs. Adjustable dual water nozzles let you tune water placement at the blade to reduce overspray and mist, while the rear and side water trays help direct runoff back into the tub. DeWalt also notes excellent water containment for home setup, which is a real advantage when you are working in occupied spaces or finished interiors.

Portability is not just about weight. The saw itself weighs 69 lbs., which makes one-person carry realistic, and the included folding stand gives you a proper working height without dragging along a separate table. The compact frame is easier to load, unload, and store in a vehicle than many saws with similar cutting capacity. Onboard storage for the side extension, miter guide, blade wrench, and hex wrench also helps keep small but important parts from disappearing between jobs.

This package is a true working setup, not just a bare saw body. It includes the D24001 stand, a 10 inch XP4 porcelain tile blade, submersible pump, water pan, side and rear water trays, cutting cart side extension, angle/rip guide, and both wrenches. That means you can get the saw assembled and put it to work without immediately chasing down the basic accessories that should have been in the box to begin with.

Who should buy it? This saw makes the most sense for tile pros, remodelers, flooring installers, and serious DIY users doing larger tile projects who need clean cuts, plunge capability, and real portability. If you only cut a few small ceramic pieces a year, it is more saw than you need. If you regularly work with porcelain, stone, larger tile, or indoor remodel jobs where water control and setup speed matter, this is the kind of wet tile saw that earns its keep.

Cut Bigger Tile Without Upsizing the Saw

This saw is built for installers who are seeing more large-format tile on the job and do not want to jump straight to a much heavier machine. The combination of rip, plunge, and diagonal capacity makes it more versatile than many compact wet tile saw options.

• Up to 25 in. rip cut capacity
• Up to 28 in. plunge cut capacity for outlet and register openings
• Cuts up to 18 in. x 18 in. tile on a diagonal

Portable Enough for Real Jobsite Use

A lot of saws promise capacity, then punish you every time you have to move them. This one keeps the weight down, includes a folding stand, and still gives you the cut size and stability needed for serious tile work.

• 69 lb. saw weight supports one-person carry
• Lightweight folding stand is included
• Compact frame stores more easily in a vehicle
