Key Features

Bold, Visible Line The extreme bold profile lays down a heavier chalk mark when you need lines that are easier to see on the job. That matters when layout speed matters more than making a fine finish mark. 100 Ft. Refill With 100 ft. of line, this replacement spool gives you plenty of usable length for routine layout work before you need another refill. Built for Chalk-Rite This Tajima replacement line is made for Chalk-Rite marking tools and specifically fits Tajima CR403S and CR503S, so you can refresh your layout tool instead of replacing it.

Overview

Tajima PL-ITOLL Chalk-Rite Extreme Bold Replacement Line is a replacement snap line made for Tajima Chalk-Rite marking tools. This is a replacement chalk line designed for jobsite layout and marking work where you want a heavier, easier-to-see line. Model Number: PL-ITOLL. If your existing line is worn out, stretched, or not snapping a clean mark anymore, this refill gets your chalk reel back in service without buying a whole new tool.

The main thing that sets this line apart is its extreme bold profile. At 1/16" (1.8 mm), it is built to leave a more visible chalk line than a standard thin line. That makes it a good fit for rough layout, framing, general construction, and other marking jobs where visibility matters and the line needs to stand out fast.

Tajima uses a premium braided nylon/polyester construction here, which matters more than it sounds. Braided line helps the reel feed more consistently, snap cleanly, and hold up better under repeated use. For anyone using a chalk reel regularly, line quality is the difference between a clean snap and a fuzzy, frustrating mark.

The 98.4 ft (30 m) length gives you enough line for typical layout work on floors, walls, and larger material runs. It is long enough for common construction tasks without being excessive, so it works well as a practical refill for keeping your reel ready for daily use.

Compatibility is straightforward. This replacement line is intended for Tajima Chalk-Rite marking tools and specifically fits Tajima CR403S and CR503S. If you are already running one of those reels, this is the kind of simple maintenance item that keeps the tool working the way it should.

This replacement snap line is best for tradespeople and serious DIY users who rely on chalk layout for framing, remodeling, and general construction work. If you want a fine, delicate line for finish work, an extreme bold line may be more than you need. But if you want fast visibility and dependable snapping in a Chalk-Rite reel, this is the right kind of refill to keep on hand.

Keep Your Layout Reel Working

A worn chalk line can make even a good reel feel sloppy. Replacing the line restores clean snaps, steadier feeding, and the bold visibility you want when laying out cuts, walls, or material runs.

• Extreme bold line thickness for stronger line visibility
• Premium braided nylon/polyester construction for repeat use
