Description:

Milwaukee M12 Caulk & Adhesive Gun + M12 REDLITHIUM XC 4.0Ah Battery Bundle | 2441-20 + 48-11-2440

Key Features

400 lbs of Force This Milwaukee 2441-20 caulk gun pushes thick sealants and construction adhesives without the hand fatigue of a manual gun. The included XC 4.0Ah battery rated for up to 2x more runtime than standard M12 packs keeps that force consistent through a full day of sealing runs. Dial In the Bead The variable-speed trigger and max-speed dial give you better bead size control around trim, windows, panels, and corners. REDLINK Intelligence in the XC 4.0Ah battery helps maintain consistent output under load so the gun performs the same on tube 10 as it did on tube one. M12 Platform Fit If you already run Milwaukee M12 tools, this bundle drops right into that system. The XC 4.0Ah battery powers both this gun and your existing M12 drills, ratchets, inspection tools, and installation tools one battery works across the whole platform.

Overview

This bundle pairs the Milwaukee 2441-20 M12 10 oz Caulk and Adhesive Gun with the Milwaukee M12 REDLITHIUM XC 4.0 Extended Capacity Battery Pack (48-11-2440) giving you a powered cordless caulking tool and the extended-runtime battery to back it up. Model Number: 2441-20. A charger is not included; this bundle is designed for users already on the Milwaukee M12 platform with a compatible charger on hand.

The 2441-20 caulk gun is built for repetitive sealing and adhesive work where a manual gun slows you down or wears out your hand. With up to 400 lbs of expulsive force and a dispensing speed up to 28 inches per minute, it handles everyday construction sealants and heavier adhesive materials consistently the kind of materials that fight back against a hand-powered trigger on stiff tubes. The variable-speed trigger and max-speed dial let you feather material out slowly for neat finish beads or open it up on long, straight runs where appearance is less critical. The 360-degree rotating collar keeps the cartridge positioned correctly when you are working around corners, vertical seams, and awkward angles without twisting your wrist.

Milwaukee also built in the practical details that matter once you have used one of these on a real job. The auto-reversing anti-drip function helps reduce ooze after trigger release, which keeps cleanup down and the finish line cleaner. A seal puncture tool is on the gun, and the adjustable rack doubles as a hang hook so you can set it aside cleanly on a ladder or scaffold without laying it in debris. The aluminum carriage, brushed motor, 16.13 in. length, and 4.2 lb weight keep it manageable for overhead and repeated use throughout the day.

The 48-11-2440 XC 4.0Ah battery is the right match for a tool that runs in sustained cycles through multiple cartridges. Milwaukee rates it at up to 2x more runtime, 20% more power, and 2x more recharges than standard M12 lithium-ion batteries. REDLINK Intelligence manages communication between the battery, tool, and charger to optimize performance and protect against overload and cell damage exactly the protection you want when the gun is pushing stiff adhesive for an extended period. The pack is also built to perform below 0F / -18C, which matters for exterior sealing work, siding crews, and service techs working in unheated spaces. The wider XC base helps certain M12 tools stand upright more easily, and individual cell monitoring keeps output consistent through the charge cycle.

Who should buy this bundle? Contractors, remodelers, window and door installers, siding crews, bath and kitchen installers, maintenance teams, and serious DIY users who run multiple tubes on a regular basis and already own Milwaukee M12 tools and chargers. If hand strain, inconsistent beads, or cleanup are costing time, this bundle is the practical upgrade.

Pro Tip

Start with the speed dial lower than you think you need, especially on thinner sealants or a freshly cut nozzle. This gun has enough pushing force to outrun the opening in the tube if you crank it too high, and that is when you make a mess fast. Check the XC 4.0Ah battery's charge level before a long sealing run with 4.0Ah behind the gun, you should be able to move through multiple cartridges without swapping, but knowing where you stand before a full window or door seal saves you from having to stop mid-bead.

Warranty & Support

5-year limited warranty on the caulk gun. 3-year limited warranty on the M12 REDLITHIUM XC 4.0Ah battery.
