It is a practical add-on for contractors who want a cordless caulking tool without buying into another battery platform.

Overview

The Milwaukee 2441-20 M12 10 oz Caulk and Adhesive Gun is a cordless caulk and adhesive gun built for dispensing 10 ounce cartridge-style sealants and adhesives with less effort and more control. This is a caulk and adhesive gun designed for applying construction sealants, caulk, and adhesive beads on the jobsite. Model Number 2441-20. If you are doing repeated window, door, siding, bath, kitchen, or panel sealing work, this tool takes a lot of strain out of the job compared to a manual gun.

The big story here is output. With up to 400 lbs of expulsive force, the tool is set up to handle everyday construction sealants and heavier adhesive materials that can be frustrating with hand-powered guns. Instead of fighting the trigger on a stiff tube, you let the tool do the pushing. Milwaukee also states dispensing speed up to 28 inches per minute, which helps on long runs where consistency matters as much as speed.

Control is what makes a powered caulking gun worth owning, and Milwaukee gave this one both a variable-speed trigger and a max-speed dial. That setup lets you feather material out slowly when you need a neat bead, then open it up for faster coverage when appearance is less critical or the run is long and straight. The 360 degree rotating collar is another useful jobsite feature because it helps you keep the tube and nozzle positioned correctly when you are working around corners, vertical seams, and awkward angles.

Milwaukee also built in practical details that matter once you have actually used one of these. The auto-reversing anti-drip function helps reduce material continuing to ooze after you release the trigger, which keeps cleanup down and helps maintain a cleaner finish line. There is also a seal puncture tool on the gun, plus an adjustable rack that doubles as a hang hook so you can set it aside without just laying it down in dust or debris.

From a size and handling standpoint, this is the compact 10 ounce configuration in the M12 line. The listed weight is about 4.2 lb, so it is light enough for overhead or repeated use without turning into a chore. The tool uses an aluminum carriage and a brushed motor. It is sold as a bare tool, so batteries and charger are not included, but it is compatible with Milwaukee M12 batteries and chargers. If you already own M12 drills, impact drivers, inspection tools, or installation tools, adding this gun makes a lot of sense because it uses the same battery system.

There is also some flexibility beyond the base setup. This version is configured for 10 ounce cartridges, and Milwaukee offers conversion kits for other material formats, including the 20 oz sausage pack kit and quart cartridge kit. That is useful for crews who want one cordless adhesive gun platform that can be adapted to different material packaging rather than buying separate tools for each format.

Who should buy it? Contractors, remodelers, window and door installers, siding crews, exterior trim guys, bath and kitchen installers, maintenance teams, and serious DIY users who do enough sealing work to justify a powered tool. If you only squeeze out a tube once or twice a year, a manual gun is fine. If you run multiple tubes in a day, want steadier bead control, or your hands are tired after adhesive work, the Milwaukee 2441-20 M12 10 oz Caulk and Adhesive Gun is the right kind of upgrade.

Apply Cleaner Beads With Less Fatigue

This Milwaukee 2441-20 M12 10 oz Caulk and Adhesive Gun is made for repetitive sealing work where a hand gun slows you down or wears you out. Powered feed helps keep bead delivery more consistent from start to finish.

• Up to 400 lbs of expulsive force for everyday sealants and construction adhesives
• Auto-reversing anti-drip helps cut down on mess at the end of the bead

Better Control Around Corners and Vertical Seams

Awkward bead lines are where powered control really pays off. The rotating collar and speed control let you keep the nozzle where you need it instead of twisting your wrist and fighting tube pressure.

• 360 degree rotating collar helps position the cartridge for turns and tight approach angles
• Variable-speed trigger and max-speed dial help tune bead size for finish work or faster runs

Pro Tip

Start with the speed dial lower than you think you need, especially on thinner sealants or a freshly cut nozzle. This gun has enough pushing force to outrun the opening in the tube if you crank it too high, and that is when you make a mess fast.
