Replacement Blade Only If your scraper body is still good, you do not need to replace the whole setup. This replacement blade gets your floor scraper back to work without buying another complete attachment. Heat-Treated Strength Diablo uses a heat treatment process to strengthen the blade for impact resistance and stability. That matters when you are scraping stubborn flooring layers and hardened bonding agents with a rotary hammer. Built for SDS-Plus Scraping The Diablo DMAPLCH2060BO SDS-Plus Floor Scraper Replacement Blade is made for use with Diablo SDS-Plus floor scrapers and is optimized for corded and cordless SDS-Plus rotary hammers.

Overview

The Diablo DMAPLCH2060BO SDS-Plus Floor Scraper Replacement Blade (for DMAPLCH2060) is a replacement floor scraper blade for restoring scraping performance on Diablo SDS-Plus floor scraper setups. This is a floor scraper replacement blade designed for removing flooring materials and hardened bonding agents with an SDS-Plus rotary hammer. Model Number: DMAPLCH2060BO. If you already own the matching scraper assembly, this is the wear part you replace when the job starts slowing down.

Diablo positions this blade for flooring demo work involving linoleum, laminate, and carpet. That is the real value here: you are not trying to chip one small section at a time with a narrow chisel. You are using a purpose-built scraping profile that helps lift layers of flooring cleanly and move across the floor faster, especially when you are dealing with glued-down material.

The standout feature is the heat-treated construction. Diablo states that the heat treatment process strengthens the blade for impact resistance and stability, which matters because scraper blades take repeated shock loads in demolition work. A weak blade can flex, wear out quickly, or lose effectiveness when it hits adhesive buildup. A stronger blade keeps a more consistent edge under repeated impacts.

This replacement blade is also built around jobsite practicality. When you are removing flooring, downtime usually comes from worn consumables more than from the hammer itself. Swapping in a fresh blade is a simple way to keep production up without replacing the full scraper attachment. For remodelers and flooring contractors, that can mean less wasted time fighting material that should already be off the slab or subfloor.

Compatibility is straightforward. This blade is a replacement for Diablo SDS-Plus Floor Scrapers, specifically for DMAPLCH2060, and it is optimized for use in cordless and corded SDS-Plus rotary hammers. That gives you flexibility whether you are running a corded demolition setup for longer indoor tear-outs or a cordless rotary hammer for smaller rooms, punch-list demo, or quick repair work.

Who should buy it? Contractors, remodelers, flooring installers doing tear-out, and serious DIY users who already own the matching Diablo scraper body. If you are regularly removing glued flooring and want to keep your SDS-Plus scraping setup working the way it should, this replacement blade makes sense. If you do not own the matching scraper assembly yet, this is not the complete tool, it is the blade component only.
