Faster Locking Setup The TORQUE LOCK thumb screw lets you dial in clamping pressure quickly, then add more force when needed through the screwdriver-through-hole design. That means less fumbling and a more secure hold on the work. Wide Jaw Reach The Milwaukee 48-22-3531 11" Locking C-Clamp Regular Jaws uses wide regular jaws for clamping different shapes and surfaces. It is a better fit when a standard locking plier does not have the throat depth or contact area you need. Built for Jobsite Abuse Forged alloy steel construction, hardened jaws, and rust protection give this locking C-clamp the durability to stay in rotation on service work, fabrication, and general jobsite clamping.

Overview

The Milwaukee 48-22-3531 11" Locking C-Clamp Regular Jaws is a heavy-duty locking C-clamp built for professional tradespeople who need fast setup, strong holding force, and better reach around pipe, flat stock, and irregular shapes. This is a locking C-clamp designed for clamping and holding materials securely during fabrication, welding prep, plumbing work, and general jobsite tasks. Model Number: 48-22-3531.

What matters here is how the clamp adjusts and locks. Milwaukee's TORQUE LOCK thumb screw is shaped to make hand tightening easier, so you can get to usable clamping pressure faster than with a basic locking clamp. When you need more force, the screwdriver-through-hole design gives you extra leverage without changing tools. That is useful when you're trying to lock onto thicker material or when you need the clamp to stay put while you tack, fit, or service a part.

The jaw design is another big part of why this tool earns a spot in the truck. The regular wide jaws give you more clamping versatility across different shapes and surfaces than a narrow locking plier. With a 2.0 inch maximum opening and a 2.125 inch throat depth, it is sized for common service and fabrication tasks where you need to reach past an edge and hold steady. Milwaukee also rates it at 500 pounds of clamping strength, which gives this hand tool real holding power for material positioning and temporary workholding.

On the durability side, Milwaukee built this clamp from forged alloy steel and added hardened jaws for better grip and wear resistance. That combination matters because locking clamps tend to get used hard, tossed in gang boxes, and leaned on when the fit-up is fighting back. Rust protection helps preserve the tool over time, especially if it lives in humid shops, service vans, or mechanical rooms.

Jobsite practicality is solid too. The one-hand release makes repositioning easier when you're moving from one clamp point to the next, and the ergonomic anti-pinch handles are a real quality-of-life improvement if you use locking tools all day. This is not just about comfort. It helps you make quick adjustments without chewing up your hand in tight working conditions.

This Milwaukee locking C-clamp is a good fit for plumbers, mechanical contractors, welders, fabricators, maintenance techs, and general tradespeople who need a dependable clamp for holding parts, pipe, brackets, and assemblies in place. If you regularly work around round stock, uneven surfaces, or awkward layouts where a basic clamp does not sit right, this tool makes more sense than a standard straight-jaw locking plier.

Secure Clamping on Real Jobsite Work

This clamp is built for the kind of work where parts need to stay put while you fit, service, or adjust them. The wide jaw layout gives you a stable grip on round and irregular material that can be tough to hold with standard locking pliers.

• 2.0 in max opening handles common pipe and material clamping tasks

Built to Adjust Fast and Hold Hard

The TORQUE LOCK system is the feature that separates this clamp from a cheap throwaway option. You get quicker adjustment by hand, more leverage when needed, and easier release when it is time to move on to the next hold point.
