Overview

The Milwaukee 0887-20 M18 Brushless 570-MPH Precision Blower 5.0Ah Kit is a compact cordless cleanup tool built for fast, controlled air movement in places a full-size blower makes no sense. This is a precision blower designed for jobsite cleanup and clearing debris from hard-to-reach areas. Model Number: 0887-20-48-59-1850. If you work around installed cabinets, electrical panels, mechanical equipment, finished interiors, or crowded work benches, this kit makes more sense than dragging out a bigger blower or compressor setup.

What separates this tool from a standard shop blower is the balance between speed and control. The brushless motor delivers up to 570 MPH air speed and 39 CFM, which is enough to move stubborn dust and jobsite debris without the bulk of a larger platform. Milwaukee also gives you three power modes plus a variable-speed trigger, so you can back the airflow down when you are working around finished surfaces, wiring, small hardware, or other areas where too much blast can be a problem.

The compact form factor is a big part of the appeal. At only 7 inches long and about 2 pounds for the tool, it is built to reach into places where a full-size blower is awkward. That matters when you are cleaning out drawer slides before install, blowing dust off HVAC components, clearing metal shavings from a machine area, or chasing sawdust out of corners and tracks. The ergonomic handheld design keeps it easy to carry and quick to grab for small cleanup tasks that would otherwise waste time.

Milwaukee built this blower for real jobsite use, not just spec-sheet bragging rights. The trigger lock-on switch helps on longer cleanup runs, and the integrated LED light is useful when you are working inside cabinets, utility rooms, under counters, or other dim spaces. The removable inlet filter is worth mentioning too, because it helps contain debris at the intake and supports tool longevity in dusty environments. That is the kind of practical detail that matters once a tool actually gets used every day.

The included nozzles are what make this a true precision cleanup setup rather than just a compact blower. You get three interchangeable nozzles: a short 6 mm nozzle, a long 10 mm nozzle, and an inflator nozzle. The quarter-turn nozzle design keeps swaps simple, and the included nozzle holder adds better storage with a magnet, hang hole, and lanyard loop. In plain terms, you can go from broad cleanup to more focused airflow without digging through a pile of loose accessories.

On the battery side, this kit includes the M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 battery and a M18 and M12 Multi-Voltage Charger. That gives you a solid entry point into the Milwaukee M18 cordless platform if you are not already on it. Milwaukee states over 30 minutes of runtime in maximum runtime mode with the included XC5.0 pack, which is enough for common cleanup work between cuts, during punch-list work, or at the end of the day.

Who should buy it? Pros who need controlled airflow more than brute-force lawn-blower volume. Electricians, HVAC techs, finish carpenters, remodelers, installers, maintenance crews, and serious DIY users will get the most out of it. If your work regularly creates dust, chips, or debris in tight or finished spaces, this Milwaukee blower is a smarter fit than a larger blower that is harder to aim and easier to overdo.
