Clean CutsThe DEWALT Anti-Splinter Edge Strip (DWS5069) helps prevent tear-out on the top side of the material for a cleaner finished edge.Replaceable DesignMaintain high cut quality by swapping the strip when it's worn or damaged, instead of replacing the track.Durable ConstructionBuilt to withstand heavy-duty environments and daily use.

Overview

This is a replacement anti-splinter edge strip for DEWALT's TrackSaw guide rail system (DWS5069), designed for woodworkers, finish carpenters, cabinet installers, and remodeling professionals who need clean, tear-out-free cuts.

The zero-clearance strip sits along the top edge of the track directly on the cut line, backing up the material so the blade doesn't tear the surface fibers as it exits the cut.

As the strip wears from repeated cuts, it stops sitting flush against the material and cut quality drops. Because it's a replaceable wear part, you restore that clean edge without buying a new track.

This integrates directly into a standard DEWALT TrackSaw workflow and is built for daily use in shop and jobsite environments.
