Description:

• Identification on the bolt head showing embedment angle and model
• Sweep geometry to optimize position in form
• Rolled thread for higher tensile capacity
• Hex nuts and plate washer fixed in position
• Diameter: 5/8 in.
• Length: 24 in.
• Hot-dip galvanization (HDG) offers extra corrosion resistance for exterior and treated-wood applications

The SB anchor bolt is a high-capacity solution for holdowns that require larger diameter anchors. The smooth transition angle positions the head of the anchor in the optimum location in the concrete stem wall to maximize performance. The SB5/8x24 anchor bolt offers a load-tested anchorage solution that exceeds the capacity of all of our holdowns that call for a 5/8" dia. anchor.

Install With: Top nuts and washers for holdown attachment are not supplied with the SB; on HDG SB anchors, chase the threads to use standard nuts or couplers or use overtapped products in accordance with ASTM A563
