Key Features

1100 Lumens, Controlled Beam The flashlight gives you up to 1,100 lumens with twist focus control, so you can tighten the beam for distance or open it up for close work and inspections. All-Day Runtime Options High, medium, and low output modes let you trade brightness for runtime, with up to 14 hours on low when you need a light that keeps going through a full shift. Built for the Jobsite A 4 meter drop rating and IP67 water and dust protection make this Milwaukee flashlight kit a better fit for real work than a basic consumer light.

Overview

The Milwaukee USB Rechargeable Twist Focus Flashlight Kit Bundle, Model Number 2161-21-48-59-2013, is a rechargeable handheld work flashlight kit built for tradespeople, service techs, and serious DIY users who need dependable light plus on-the-go charging. This is a flashlight kit designed for jobsite lighting, inspection work, and portable device charging. Instead of giving you just a light, this bundle also adds Milwaukee's REDLITHIUM USB charger and portable power source setup so you can keep the flashlight running and charge small electronics from the same battery system.

The big selling point here is output with control. You get up to 1,100 lumens of TRUEVIEW high definition output and a 175 meter beam distance, but the real advantage is the precision twist focus. That matters when you're moving between tasks. Open the beam up for close-in panel work, attic work, or mechanical inspections, then tighten it down when you need to trace a run, check a dark corner, or reach farther across a room or site.

Runtime is set up in a way that actually makes sense on the job. High mode gives you 1.75 hours at 1,100 lumens, medium gives you 4.5 hours at 600 lumens, and low gives you 14 hours at 100 lumens. That means you are not stuck with one output level that either burns the battery too fast or leaves you short on visibility. You can run high when you need maximum light, then drop to medium or low for longer checks, punch-list work, or general carry.

Milwaukee also did a good job with everyday usability. The multi-function button handles battery status, mode selection, and mode memory, so the flashlight powers back up in the last mode used. That saves time if you keep reaching for the same setting throughout the day. The body is compact enough to fit in a pants pocket or tool bag, and the removable clip gives you another carry option when you do not want it loose in a pouch.

From a durability standpoint, this is clearly aimed at work, not camping gear. The aluminum body is rated for 4 meter drops and carries an IP67 rating, meaning it is dustproof and waterproof for tough conditions, including temporary submersion up to 1 meter. For contractors and techs working around dust, weather, wet utility spaces, or crowded service calls, that matters more than flashy packaging.

The power side is what makes this bundle more useful than a single rechargeable flashlight. The light runs on Milwaukee's REDLITHIUM USB battery platform, and the included charger and portable power source kit lets you recharge REDLITHIUM USB batteries by Micro-USB while also charging phones, tablets, and wireless headphones through a 2.1A USB output. If you already use Milwaukee USB rechargeable products, this kit fits right into that system instead of adding another one-off charger to the truck.

Because this bundle includes two REDLITHIUM USB batteries, you get less downtime and a more practical setup for daily use. One battery can be in the flashlight while the other is in the charger or power source. That is the kind of setup that works well for punch lists, electrical troubleshooting, HVAC service, facility maintenance, plumbing calls, and general jobsite use where reliable light is needed all day but you may not be near an outlet.

If you want a Milwaukee rechargeable flashlight that does more than just throw light, this kit is the better pick for users who value system compatibility and backup power. It makes the most sense for pros who already like Milwaukee's USB platform, techs who work out of a bag or van, and anyone who wants one compact lighting kit that can also keep small devices alive on long days.
