Key Features

Built for Broadcast Spraying The shorter 18 inch reach keeps the wand more manageable for wide, low spraying patterns. That makes it easier to cover ground evenly around foundations, sidewalks, and landscaped areas. Stainless Steel Wand A seamless stainless steel wand holds up better in regular spraying work than a lightweight disposable-style attachment. It is a practical upgrade when you want durability from a sprayer accessory that sees constant use. Ready with Fan Nozzle The included fan nozzle tip gives you the setup needed for broad spray coverage right out of the box. That saves time if your goal is even application instead of spot treatment.

Overview

The Milwaukee 49-16-2729 18" Short Sprayer Wand is a sprayer wand accessory for compatible Milwaukee sprayers. This is a sprayer wand designed for broadcast spraying. Model Number 49-16-2729. If you are trying to cover wider areas with better control and less awkward reach, this shorter wand setup makes more sense than a longer extension.

The main reason to buy this accessory is simple: length matters when you are spraying low, wide patterns. At 18 inches long, this wand is optimized for broadcast spraying applications where a long wand can feel clumsy or put the nozzle farther from the target than you want. Pair that shorter reach with the included fan nozzle tip, and you get a setup aimed at broader, more even coverage instead of narrow spot application.

Milwaukee built the wand from seamless stainless steel, which is the kind of detail that matters on accessories that get used, cleaned, transported, and put back to work over and over. The stainless steel construction gives the wand a more durable feel than a basic plastic tube, while the low 0.3 lb weight keeps it easy to handle during repeated passes. It is a small part, but it is one of those parts that directly affects control in the field.

From a jobsite practicality standpoint, this accessory is about making the sprayer fit the task better. A shorter wand can be easier to manage when working close to buildings, around perimeter edges, or through landscaped areas where too much reach just gets in the way. That matters for anyone trying to keep spray placement consistent and avoid fighting the tool while moving through a property.

Compatibility is a key part of this product. Milwaukee lists the 49-16-2729 as compatible with Milwaukee Sprayers including 3019-21PS, 3019-20PS, 49-16-19PS, 2528-21G1, and 2528-21G2. It also works with Milwaukee SWITCH TANK sprayer models, so the main takeaway is straightforward: this is a Milwaukee sprayer accessory built specifically for Milwaukee sprayer systems, not a universal wand for every sprayer on the market.

Who should buy it? Landscapers, grounds crews, property maintenance users, and anyone already running a compatible Milwaukee sprayer who wants a better setup for broadcast spraying. If your work leans toward wider application patterns and close-range control, this Milwaukee 49-16-2729 18" Short Sprayer Wand is the practical choice. If you need extra reach for taller or more distant targets, you will want a different wand style.

Better Control for Wide Spray Patterns

The shorter wand length is the whole point here. When you are spraying broad areas close to the ground or tight to a structure, a more compact wand is easier to place accurately and easier to move all day.

• 18 inch length optimized for broadcast spraying
• Useful for perimeter work, walkways, and low target areas

Durable Wand, Not a Throwaway Accessory

Milwaukee uses a seamless stainless steel wand here, which is exactly what you want on an accessory that gets handled constantly. It stays light, but it is built for regular use instead of occasional homeowner duty.

• Seamless stainless steel wand construction
• Weight is just 0.3 lb for easy handling

Set Up for Coverage Right Away

The included fan nozzle tip gives this accessory its practical value right away. It is set up for wider spray application, so you can swap the wand and get to work without chasing down a separate nozzle first.

• Fan nozzle tip included
• Suited for broad coverage rather than tight spot spraying

Fits the Milwaukee Sprayer System

This accessory makes the most sense if you are already on Milwaukee sprayers and want a task-specific wand. It is a straightforward add-on for users who need better handling for broadcast spraying without changing sprayer platforms.

• Compatible with specified Milwaukee sprayer models
• Built as a Milwaukee sprayer accessory, not a generic universal fit item
