Faster Battery TurnaroundWhen crews are cycling packs all day, waiting on chargers kills momentum. This station charges each battery up to 40% faster and can charge 6 packs up to 4X faster than standard charging setups. Six-Bay FlexibilityThe Milwaukee rapid charge station accepts up to three M18 batteries and three M12 batteries in one place. That means fewer chargers spread around the jobsite and less time swapping packs around. Smarter Charging ControlREDLINK Intelligence lets the charger communicate with each battery pack to monitor charge status, voltage, and temperature. That helps protect battery life while keeping packs ready for the next round of work.

Overview

The Milwaukee 48-59-1807 M18 & M12 Rapid Charge Station is a multi-bay battery charger built for shops, service vans, and jobsites that run both Milwaukee M18 and M12 cordless tools. This is a battery charger designed for keeping multiple cordless tool batteries ready with less downtime between uses. Model Number: 48-59-1807. If you are managing several batteries across different Milwaukee platforms, this charger matters because it cuts down the pile of single chargers and gets packs back into rotation faster.

What sets this charger apart is how it handles volume. It accepts up to three M18 battery packs and three M12 battery packs at the same time, and it charges three batteries simultaneously. That is the real-world advantage here. Instead of waiting on one battery at a time or juggling separate chargers across a bench, you can load up the station and keep moving. Milwaukee also states that it charges each battery up to 40% faster, which makes a difference when the same few packs are supporting drills, impact drivers, lights, and inspection tools all day.

The layout is built around actual jobsite use, not just shelf specs. The carry handle makes it easier to move the whole charger with batteries loaded, which is useful if your charging area shifts from trailer to bench to service truck. Integrated hang holes let you mount it vertically when floor or bench space is tight. The pass-through plug is another practical detail. On a crowded outlet strip or temporary power setup, that helps you keep one receptacle available for another tool, charger, or task light instead of giving up a plug just to keep batteries charging.

Milwaukee's REDLINK Intelligence is doing important work behind the scenes. The charger communicates directly with the battery pack to monitor cell voltage, temperature, and charge status. In plain terms, that means the charger is not just dumping power into a battery and hoping for the best. It is managing the charging process to help optimize performance and extend pack life, which matters if you are invested in a large battery lineup and want those packs to last.

From a system standpoint, this charger is built for Milwaukee users running both voltage classes. It supports Milwaukee M18 and M12 batteries, which is a big deal for contractors and technicians who use M18 tools for heavier work and M12 tools for compact service work. One charger handling both systems simplifies the charging station in the shop and keeps battery management cleaner on the truck. Input voltage is 120V and power comes from a standard electrical outlet, so setup is straightforward anywhere you already have jobsite or shop power.

Physically, this is not a small single-bay charger you toss in a drawer. At roughly 9.285 lbs and built from polycarbonate, it is a dedicated charging station meant to stay in service. That extra size and weight make sense once you look at the six-bay layout, the handle, and the wall-mount option. It is made for users who need a charging hub more than a compact travel charger.

The best fit for this charger is the Milwaukee user who has already bought into both platforms and is tired of battery bottlenecks. Electricians, HVAC techs, service contractors, remodelers, maintenance crews, and shop managers will get the most from it because they tend to run multiple tools and multiple packs in the same day. If you only own one or two batteries, this is more charger than you need. If you are constantly waiting on packs or trying to organize a mess of chargers, this is exactly the kind of upgrade that pays for itself in time saved.

Stock the station with fresh capacity by adding the Milwaukee M18 Redlithium XC 5.0Ah Battery, 4-Pack, so you always have charged packs cycling through.

Keep More Packs Ready at Once

If your crew burns through batteries faster than a basic charger can recover them, this station fixes that bottleneck. It is built to serve as a central charging point for both M18 and M12 battery packs instead of making you spread chargers all over the place.

• Charges three batteries simultaneously
• Accepts up to (3) M18 and (3) M12 battery packs
• Designed to reduce battery change-out delays on the jobsite

One Charger for the Batteries You Actually Use
