Key Features

Fits PACKOUT Tool Boxes Built to organize the inside of Milwaukee PACKOUT Rolling, XL, and Large Tool Boxes, so the space you already have works harder instead of turning into a pile of loose gear. Attachment-Ready Layout Mounting locations let you connect or swap toolbox attachments to set up the tray the way you work, which makes small tools and parts easier to reach fast. Impact-Resistant Build The impact-resistant body is made for jobsite use, not shelf display, so it can handle being loaded into tool boxes that actually get moved, stacked, and worked out of.

Overview

The Milwaukee 48-22-8029 Tool Box Attachment Ready Tray for PACKOUT Tool Boxes is an interior storage tray made to organize compatible Milwaukee PACKOUT tool boxes. This is a storage tray designed for inside-the-box organization and quick access to tools, accessories, and small parts. Model Number 48-22-8029. If you already run PACKOUT and want less digging around every time you open the lid, this is the kind of add-on that makes the box more usable day to day.

What matters here is how the tray changes the inside of the box. Milwaukee built it with toolbox attachment-ready mounting locations, which means you can use toolbox attachments and rework the layout as your loadout changes. That gives you a more organized top layer for frequently used gear instead of burying everything at the bottom of the box. The quick-access accessory compartments add another level of separation for smaller items that usually disappear first on the job.

The tray is specifically intended for Milwaukee PACKOUT Rolling Tool Box 48-22-8427, XL Tool Box 48-22-8423, and Large Tool Box 48-22-8425. That fitment matters because this is not a generic bin or loose organizer. It is built around the PACKOUT storage system, so it works as part of a larger Milwaukee storage setup rather than as a one-off solution.

Milwaukee also calls out an impact-resistant body, which is exactly what you want in a storage accessory that lives inside a jobsite box. Trays get lifted in and out, loaded with hardware, bumped by batteries and hand tools, and rattled around in the back of a truck or van. A flimsy organizer is a waste of money. This one is built for real use inside heavy-duty PACKOUT boxes.

In practical terms, this tray is a good fit for contractors, service techs, and serious DIY users who want better interior organization without replacing the tool box they already own. It makes the most sense for users who carry a mix of hand tools, compact cordless tools, accessories, and small parts and want those items separated for faster access. If your PACKOUT tool box works hard but the inside is always a mess, this tray is the fix.

Faster Access Inside the Box
