Description:

• Exclusive TiCo Hi-Density Carbide designed and manufactured by Freud specifically for each cutting application to maximize cutting life
• Black I.C.E. coating prevents build up on the blade surface and keeps the blade running cooler and cleaner
• Modified Triple Chip Grind (MTCG) tooth design for long life and chip free cuts
• Tri-Metal Brazing consists of copper sandwiched between two layers of silver alloy to create a stronger, more impact-resistant bond between the carbide and blade body
• Laser-Cut Anti-Vibration Slots drastically reduce vibration and sideways movement in the cut extending blade life and giving a crisp, splinter-free flawless finish
• Multi-rip blade applications and various manufacturing of moldings, furniture, cabinets, display manufacturing, windows and flooring

As the world leader of industrial manufacturing saw blades, Freud offers the only fully coated saw blades dedicated to ripping applications in high-production, high-output environments. Featuring the industrys first ever industrial grade coating, Silver Industrial Cooling Element (Silver I.C.E.) and an extremely tight plate tolerance creates a blade that produces a glue line rip quality in a multi-rip application. Freuds exclusive Silver I.C.E. coating reduces heat adding longevity to the carbide and blade body for less rework, down time, higher cut quality and more production. In addition, Freuds modified triple chip grind creates precise, clean cuts in multi-rip blade applications and various manufacturing of moldings, furniture, cabinets, display manufacturing, windows and flooring. Tri-metal brazing allows the tooth to move slightly reducing impact and tooth damage, which proves critical in cutting solid wood with knots common in ripping applications. Freud is industry-leading manufacturer of woodworking tools in the world that produces its own micro-grain carbide for each tool application to maximize life, finish, and productivity.
