Description:

• Black I.C.E. (Industrial Cooling Element) protects solid carbide cutting edge by creating a slick, lubricant like action for a cool cutting edge and superior chip evacuation.
• Exclusive Freud TiCo Hi-Density Carbide features a specialized blend of Titanium Cobalt carbide for a sharper cutting edge, with minimal wear resulting in longer cutting life and increased productivity.
• Multi-Axis Grinding provides consistent relief angles on the entire cutting edge to reduce burning and improve finish quality.
• An Open Flute Geometry allows for more resharpenings, exceptional chip evacuation than other designs on the market, resulting in increased productivity, longer tool life and maximum profitability.
• For routing laminate and veneer parts on industrial CNC machines for furniture and cabinets.

Freuds industry first functional coated solid carbide router bits featuring the new, Black I.C.E. (Industrial Cooling Element) combined with Freuds unique TiCo Hi-Density Carbide delivers increased life and performance. Optimized for fast feed rates and high heat applications, the revolutionary Black I.C.E. coating protects the solid carbide cutting edge by creating a slick, lubricant-like action for less friction, heat, and pitch build-up. The Multi-Axis Grind reduces burning and provides excellent finish quality, while the Open Flute Geometry increases the overall working life by allowing for more resharpenings.
