Description:

• The Ultimate Concrete Drilling and Productivity Solution saves up to 66% in labor and $200 per SDS-Max bit and $75 per SDS-Plus bit by creating ultra-clean holes and environments, maximizing speed, and delivering extreme durability.
• Diablos patented dust extraction system extracts up to 97% of dust particles generated while drilling to create clean holes ready for anchor placement and a clean, safer working environment.
• Diablos AMPED Rebar Demon Dust Extraction System revolutionizes hole drilling by simultaneously extracting dust debris and drilling holes, streamlining the process from five steps down to two, resulting in a labor savings of 66%! This innovative Drill-to-Fill solution speeds up the hole drilling process by up to 3X compared to standard bits.
• Diablos 4-Cutter Full Carbide Head continues to revolutionize traditional hole drilling solutions. Its Dura-Carbide composition, paired with its impact-resistant design, withstands the demands of high-powered hammer drills, concrete, and rebar. By managing carbide wear, minimizing vibration, and executing precise boring, Diablos 4-Cutter Full Carbide Head offers an impressive lifespan up to 7X longer than standard two-cutter bits. This groundbreaking technology enables users to reduce spend on bits, transitioning from (7) 2-cutter bits to just (1) AMPED Rebar Demon bit, leading to potential savings of up to $200 per SDS-Max bit and up to $75 per SDS-Plus bit.
• The dust cap catches small debris particles at the beginning of the drilling process.
• Diablos exclusive Dura-Carbide features up to 2X more carbide that withstands up to 1800F of intense heat to combat rebar hits versus standard bits that fail at 800F.
• Patented vacuum system + steel dust sleeve capture dust particles and reduce airborne silica dust to create clean holes ready for epoxy and anchor placement in two simple steps.
• Compact Snap-Lock Adapter (sold separately, two versions for SDS-Plus and SDS-Max) connects the AMPED Rebar Demon Dust Extraction Hammer drill bit to vacuums for maximum dust and debris extraction and allows you to exchange different drill bit sizes easily and quickly.
• The universal Snap-Lock Adapter fits most common vacuum cleaner attachments.
• Impact Resistant 4-Cutter Tungsten Full Carbide Head extracts smaller bites of rebar for controlled consistent carbide wear and reduced vibration to deliver fast, precise holes.
• Tri-Metal Fusion Welding features up to 3X stronger weld to keep the full carbide head intact during extreme impact such as rebar.
• Precision Tip 90 pyramid shaped tip delivers stability and accuracy required for fast, precise holes.
• Wear mark indicator ensures precise hole making.
• For dry drilling applications only
• Optimized for maximum performance in corded and cordless SDS-Plus rotary hammers.

Diablo's AMPED Rebar Demon 4-Cutter Full Carbide Head Dust Extraction Hammer Drill Bits amplify concrete drilling with the only hammer drill bits to drill fast, clean holes into clean and reinforced in two easy steps. The AMPED Rebar Demon bits feature Diablos highly durable Dura-Carbide to withstand up to 1800F of intense heat whereas standard bits fail at 800F. Diablos impact resistant 4-cutter tungsten full-carbide head withstands the stress of high-powered hammer drills and the impact of rebar by taking small bites of rebar to deliver controlled carbide wear, reduced vibration, and up to 7X longer life. Produced with Tri-Metal Fusion Welding, the full-carbide head resists heat and prevents breakage in extreme impact situations. The steel sleeve along with the Snap-Lock Adapter (sold separately) creates the first ever 4-cutter full carbide head two-step clean hole dust extraction system that removes up to 97% of dust and debris. The design of this bit along with its dust cap captures all small particles (surface debris) throughout the drilling process, reducing dust exposure to a maximum. The elimination of the "Blow-Brush-Blow" cleaning method and the need of rebar cutters is now obsolete, making hole preparation up to 3X faster than current methods resulting in up to 66% labor savings. Epoxy and anchor placement can now be accomplished immediately. In addition, reduction of airborne silica dust helps to create a safer and healthier working environment, whether it be indoors or outdoors. Including a Precision Tip, the sharp 90 pyramid shaped tip delivers the stability and accuracy required to produce fast, precise holes in reinforced concrete for anchor setting. A visible wear mark indicates and assures the accuracy of the drilling diameter. Whether completing interior, overhead drilling or exterior jobs, these revolutionary dust extraction hammer drill bits deliver ultra-clean, dust free holes and working environments, maximum speed, and extreme durability.
