Overview

Diablo DCP120WHTM01G 12 in. x 18 in. Non-Woven White Buffer Pad is a floor buffer accessory built for light stock removal and final sanding preparation before top coat placement. This is a buffer pad designed for floor sanding and surface prep. Model Number: DCP120WHTM01G. If you are working on wood, linoleum, or ceramic tile floors and need a less aggressive pad for finish prep, this is the kind of accessory that makes sense.

The main advantage here is control. A white non-woven buffer pad is aimed at lighter-duty prep work, so you can smooth and condition the surface before coating without jumping straight to a more aggressive abrasive. That makes it a practical choice when the job is about final sanding, finish removal on delicate surfaces, or getting the floor ready for the next step.

Diablo sizes this pad at 12 inches by 18 inches, which is the format called out for use with a floor buffer application and specifically for the Clarke-American OBS24. That size matters because it gives you broad contact across the floor, helping you keep passes even and reducing the stop-and-start feel you get with smaller accessories.

Material coverage is another strong point. The Diablo DCP120WHTM01G 12 in. x 18 in. Non-Woven White Buffer Pad is listed for wood, linoleum, and ceramic tile floor surfaces, so it fits a range of refinishing and maintenance work. For contractors or serious DIY users handling mixed flooring conditions, that flexibility keeps you from chasing a different pad for every room.

Diablo also calls out break-through innovations that improve performance and extend life. In plain terms, that means this pad is built to stay useful through prep work instead of falling apart too quickly. On floor jobs, that matters because swapping worn pads slows the whole process down.

This accessory is best for flooring pros, remodelers, maintenance crews, and homeowners using a floor buffer for prep rather than heavy removal. If your goal is controlled floor sanding, light finish removal, and final surface prep before coating, this is a smart fit. If you need aggressive stock removal, you would want a more aggressive pad than this white buffer pad.

Surface Prep Without Going Too Aggressive

For finish prep and light removal work, this pad gives you a controlled way to clean up the floor before the next coating step. It is meant for prep work where consistency matters more than aggressive cut.
