Overview

The Diablo 2 in. Phillips #2 Drywall Screw Setter (model DDWSS2P4) is built for pros and serious DIYers. This is a drywall screw setter bit, designed to drive drywall screws to the correct depth without tearing the paper face.

Overdriven screws tear the drywall paper and lose holding power. Underdriven screws leave bumps that show through the finish. A screw setter fixes both by stopping each screw at the same depth every time.

The 1/4 in. hex shank means you can hang board with the drill or impact driver you already carry, which is handy for patches, small rooms and remodel work where a dedicated screw gun is overkill.

Made for drywall hangers, remodelers, general contractors and DIYers doing patch and repair work.
