Key Features

More Leverage The longer panel design gives you more torque with the same hand effort, which matters when you are breaking loose stubborn fasteners or snugging hardware without switching tools. Better Grip Stamped hash marks on the handle add grip points, so the wrench is easier to control with sweaty, oily, or gloved hands during mechanical work. DEWALT DWMT72211OSP Comb Wrench 10MM This combination wrench uses an open end for quick placement and an offset box end for tighter engagement, giving you one 10 millimeter wrench that handles common fastening jobs with less chance of rounding hardware.

Overview

The DEWALT DWMT72211OSP Comb Wrench 10MM is a metric combination wrench built for turning 10 millimeter fasteners in automotive, equipment, and general repair work. This is a combination wrench designed for fastening and loosening 10 millimeter nuts and bolts. Model number: DWMT72211OSP. If you want a single wrench size that is easy to identify, easy to control, and built to reduce fastener damage, this one checks the right boxes.

What stands out first is the working geometry. The open end uses a 15 degree offset, which gives you a wider arc swing when you are working in tight spots where a full turn is not possible. The box end uses a 13 degree offset for added knuckle clearance, which helps when the fastener sits down in a tighter area or when you need the wrench to sit at a better angle against surrounding parts.

DEWALT also builds in a longer panel design, and that matters more than it sounds on the job. More handle length means more torque from the same effort, so the wrench is better at dealing with stuck hardware and gives you better control when tightening. For anyone working on engine bays, machinery, bicycles, assemblies, or shop fixtures, that extra leverage saves time and frustration.

The handle includes a stamped hash mark pattern for added grip points. That is a practical feature, not filler. A polished wrench can get slick when your hands are oily, and these grip points give you a more secure hold without making the wrench bulky. Size markings are stamped twice on both sides of the handle, which makes it faster to grab the right wrench from a drawer, roll, or toolbox and keeps the size easier to read over time.

DEWALT lists DirectTorque Technology as part of this wrench, with the goal of helping prevent rounding of fasteners. In real use, that means better contact where it counts, especially on hardware that has already seen some wear. Combined with the full polish chrome finish, you get a wrench that is easy to wipe clean and suited for repeated shop use.

This is a good fit for mechanics, maintenance techs, assembly work, and serious DIY users who want a dedicated 10 millimeter metric wrench instead of relying on an adjustable wrench or a mixed drawer of low-grade hand tools. If 10 millimeter is a size you reach for all the time, this is exactly the kind of single-size wrench worth keeping close by.

Offset Heads Help in Tight Spots

On a combination wrench, head angle matters. The open end gives you easier repositioning in cramped areas, while the offset box end helps you stay engaged on the fastener with better hand clearance.

• 15 degree offset open end increases arc swing in confined spaces
• 13 degree offset box end gives extra knuckle clearance
• DirectTorque Technology is designed to help reduce fastener rounding

Pro Tip

When a 10 millimeter fastener is tucked behind a bracket or hose, start with the 15 degree open end to get movement, then switch to the box end once you have room. You will usually get faster turns and better grip on the hardware that way.
