1/2 in. Drive FitFits standard 1/2 in. drive ratchets, breaker bars and extensions, so this 22 mm metric socket drops straight into the setup you already run.6-Point GripThe 6-point opening bears on the flats of the 22 mm fastener instead of the corners, which means a firmer hold and less chance of rounding tight or worn hardware.Deep ReachThe deep body clears exposed threads and long studs, reaching 22 mm nuts that a shallow socket cannot fully seat on.Chrome Vanadium SteelChrome vanadium steel construction gives the strength and durability a working socket needs for repeat use.

Overview

The DeWALT DWMT93536OSP 1/2 in. Drive 22 mm 6-Point Deep Socket is a single metric hand socket for turning 22 mm hex nuts and bolts. This is a deep socket designed for mechanical fastening and removal with a 1/2 in. drive ratchet, breaker bar or extension. Model Number: DWMT93536OSP.

The deep profile is the reason to buy this one over a standard socket. It reaches nuts that sit down on long studs, threaded rod or recessed hardware, where a shallow socket would bottom out before it seats on the fastener.

It is made from chrome vanadium steel, the standard material for durable hand sockets that see regular shop and service use.

Best for mechanics, maintenance techs and serious DIYers who need to replace a missing 22 mm metric socket or fill a gap in a 1/2 in. drive set.

Deep Reach, Solid Grip

The DeWALT DWMT93536OSP 1/2 in. Drive 22 mm 6-Point Deep Socket is the exact-size socket you grab instead of forcing a close-enough one.

• Who it's for: Anyone running a 1/2 in. drive setup who works on 22 mm metric hardware.
• Why it stands out: A true 6-point opening plus a deep body that reaches over long studs.
• Worth knowing: This is a single socket, not a set. It is a chrome hand socket, so pair it with a ratchet or breaker bar and use a dedicated impact socket on an impact wrench.
