Key Features

Full Carbide Head The solid carbide head is built for concrete with rebar, so the bit lasts longer and keeps drilling instead of chipping out early. Cleaner Anchor Holes A centric conical tip and built-in wear mark help the Bosch rotary hammer bit hold hole diameter where it matters for anchoring work. SDS-plus Fit These bits are made for SDS-plus rotary hammers, giving secure fitment and efficient power transfer in masonry drilling applications.

Overview

Bosch HCFC2011B25 25-Piece 3/16 In. x 4 In. x 6-1/2 In. SDS-plus Bulldog Xtreme Carbide Rotary Hammer Drill Bits is a 25-piece rotary hammer bit pack built for repeated masonry drilling in concrete, concrete with rebar, and anchoring work. This is a rotary hammer drill bit set designed for drilling precise anchor-size holes in masonry with SDS-plus rotary hammers. Model Number: HCFC2011B25.

What makes this set matter is the combination of Bosch's 100% full-carbide head and diffusion bonding technology. In practical terms, that means better durability when the bit hits hard aggregate or rebar, which is where cheaper bits usually slow down, chip, or stop tracking straight. Bosch states these bits deliver 4X life in concrete with rebar, along with longer life in general masonry drilling.

The tip geometry is built for accuracy, not just brute force. The centric conical tip is there to start clean and stay centered, which helps produce rounder holes for precision anchoring. Bosch also adds a wear mark so you can quickly tell when the bit has worn past the point where hole diameter may no longer stay within anchoring tolerance. If you do a lot of wedge anchors, sleeve anchors, or similar fastening in concrete, that detail matters.

The flute design is also doing real work here. Bosch uses a variable flute layout that transitions from four flutes to two flutes for faster dust removal. That helps clear material from the hole more efficiently and keeps the bit cutting instead of rubbing. Bosch also claims 25% more holes per charge, which is especially useful if you're running a cordless SDS-plus rotary hammer and want to get more production from each battery.

Fitment is straightforward. These bits are optimized for heavy-duty and cordless rotary hammers that use an SDS-plus chuck. The individual bit size in this pack is 3/16 inch diameter with a 4 inch flute length and 6-1/2 inch overall length, which makes the set a strong choice for repetitive anchor drilling where you want the same size bit ready to go in bulk.

This Bosch set is a good fit for concrete contractors, mechanical trades, electricians, general contractors, and serious DIY users who burn through small-diameter masonry bits on real jobs. If you need one size in quantity, want longer life in reinforced concrete, and care about anchor-hole consistency, this pack makes a lot more sense than buying low-grade bits one at a time.

Built for Rebar Contact

This bit is made for the spots that usually kill standard masonry bits. The full-carbide head is designed to keep cutting when the hole crosses rebar instead of stalling out or wearing down fast.

• 100% full-carbide head for longer life in concrete with rebar
• Diffusion bonding technology creates a stronger carbide bond
• Optimized for heavy-duty SDS-plus rotary hammer use

Hold Hole Size for Anchors

For anchor work, clean round holes matter more than raw drilling speed. The centric conical tip helps the bit start on line and maintain a more consistent hole shape.

• Centric conical tip for rounder holes
• Wear mark helps verify hole-diameter tolerance for anchoring
• 3/16 inch diameter for repetitive small-hole drilling tasks

Clear Dust and Keep Drilling

Fast dust removal helps the bit stay productive, especially in repeated drilling. Bosch's variable flute design is there to move debris out of the hole so the hammer can keep working efficiently.

• Variable flute design transitions from four flutes to two flutes
• Built to remove material efficiently during masonry drilling
• Bosch states up to 25% more holes per charge

Tool Nut's Take

Tool Nut's Take

Bosch HCFC2011B25 25-Piece 3/16 In. x 4 In. x 6-1/2 In. SDS-plus Bulldog Xtreme Carbide Rotary Hammer Drill Bits for crews that burn through small masonry bits

This is the kind of bulk pack that makes sense when 3/16 inch concrete holes are a regular part of the job and you are tired of tossing worn-out bits too early.

• Who it's for: Pros and serious users drilling repeated anchor holes in concrete, block, and reinforced masonry with an SDS-plus rotary hammer.
• Why it stands out: The full-carbide head, diffusion bonding, and anchor-focused tip geometry are the real story here. Bosch built these for life, accuracy, and better performance when rebar shows up.
• Worth knowing: This is a one-size bulk pack, not a mixed assortment. That's great if 3/16 inch is your go-to anchor size, less useful if you need a range of diameters.

Common Questions

• Will these bits fit a standard drill chuck? No. These bits use an SDS-plus shank and are made for rotary hammers with an SDS-plus chuck.
• Are these bits made for concrete with rebar? Yes. Bosch states the full-carbide head is designed to deliver longer life in concrete with rebar.
• What size are the bits in this pack? Each bit is 3/16 in. diameter, 4 in. flute length, and 6-1/2 in. overall length.
• Are these a mixed-size set? No. This pack includes 25 bits of the same size.
