Overview

The Knipex 9T 89367 WITTRON Insulated Screwdriver Set is a 7-piece insulated screwdriver set for electrical fastening and maintenance work. This is a screwdriver set designed for insulated screwdriving around electrical equipment and control hardware. Model Number: 9T 89367. If you need a compact set that covers both slotted and Phillips drivers while staying organized in a hard case, this one is built for that job.

What matters here is not just that the set is insulated, but that it is a purpose-built precision-style fastening set with details that help in real use. The handles use a soft component grip, finger recesses, and grooves to help keep your hand planted during controlled turning. The rotating central head is especially useful when you are starting or running small screws where fingertip control is more important than brute force.

The blades are made from special steel and use black oxide tips. That matters because tip condition affects fit, and fit affects whether you cam out a screw head or keep it intact. On terminal screws, device screws, and panel fasteners, a clean-fitting tip saves time and prevents damage that can turn a simple service call into a longer repair.

Knipex also uses a color code ring system for quick tip-style identification. That sounds like a small thing until you are working out of a pouch, on a ladder, or in front of an open panel and want the right driver without checking every blade. Faster identification means less fumbling and more consistent workflow.

This set is sold with a plastic storage case, which is a practical advantage for techs who want the drivers protected and kept together between jobs. Instead of loose insulated drivers rolling around in a bag, the case gives you a dedicated place for the set and makes it easier to see when something is missing before you leave the shop or truck.

The known drive mix is combination style, with slotted and Phillips screwdriver coverage. It is a 1000V insulated WITTRON set with slotted and Phillips configurations, though the exact breakdown is inconsistent. What is clear is that this is an insulated mixed-tip screwdriver set intended for electrical and maintenance use, not a general heavy-duty demo screwdriver kit.

Who should buy it? Electricians, plant maintenance crews, fleet maintenance techs, and anyone who needs insulated screwdrivers for service work will get the most from it. If your day involves terminals, controls, panels, or equipment covers, the Knipex 9T 89367 WITTRON Insulated Screwdriver Set makes sense. If you need a large-format all-purpose screwdriver assortment for rough carpentry or general assembly, this is probably more specialized than you need.

Compact Organization for Service Work

This set is built for techs who want insulated drivers together in one place instead of scattered through a bag. The case helps protect the tools, keeps the set easier to inventory, and makes it better suited for mobile service work.
