Overview

The Vessel 220USB-25U Rechargeable Ball Grip Screwdriver is a compact cordless screwdriver kit built for light-duty fastening, service work, and precision screwdriving where speed and hand control both matter. This is a rechargeable screwdriver designed for driving and removing screws in maintenance, electrical, assembly, and everyday repair work. Model Number: 220USB-25U.

What makes this setup different is that it is not just a powered driver. The Vessel 220USB-25U Rechargeable Ball Grip Screwdriver is built for electric and manual driven use, so you can run screws quickly with the motor, then switch to hand-driven control when you need a careful final snug-up or extra feel. On small fasteners and delicate assemblies, that kind of control is more useful than raw power.

The Ball Grip handle is the big story here. Vessel designed it for anti-fatigue use and multiple driving positions, which makes sense if you spend your day opening panels, installing devices, or doing repetitive fastening. The body is slim and compact, and the overall tool length is listed at 5.5 inches, so it is easier to manage in cabinets, equipment housings, and other tight spaces than a bulkier cordless driver.

For day-to-day practicality, the tool includes a built-in LED light for working in dim areas, a charging indicator, and a Micro USB Type-B charging port. The quarter inch hex bit insert keeps accessory changes simple and uses a very common bit format. If you already work with quarter inch hex screwdriver bits, that matters because replacements and alternates are easy to source.

This kit also leans hard into bit durability. Included impact ball torsion bits use alloy steel identified as VoHA with a stated hardness of 62 HRC. Vessel also calls out a two torsion-zone design with a ball section for shock absorption. In plain terms, the bits are built to deal with twisting load and absorb impact better than a basic bit, which helps on repeated fastening jobs and can reduce premature bit failure.

You are not just buying a driver here. The set includes 24 impact ball torsion bits, a 2-3/8" (60 mm) extender, a USB charging cable, and a hard case. That makes it a compact fastening kit for techs, electricians, installers, maintenance crews, and serious DIY users who want one organized case instead of a loose tool and random bits rolling around the truck or bench drawer.

If your work is heavy structural fastening, this is not the tool you reach for first. But if your day involves control, access, repeatability, and lots of smaller screws, this kind of electric screwdriver makes a lot of sense. It is especially well suited for service calls, electrical trim-out, hardware installation, equipment maintenance, and any job where a full-size drill or impact driver feels like overkill.
