Key Features

Controlled Clip Removal Built to lift trim clips and panel fasteners with better leverage than a standard screwdriver, so you can work cleaner and with less risk of breaking plastic retainers. Two Useful Profiles The Vessel 970CR2SC MEGADORA Clip Remover 2-Piece Set gives you two fork sizes for different clip positions, which helps when trim work changes from tight interior panels to larger retainers. MEGADORA Grip The non-slip MEGADORA handle gives you a secure hold during repeated prying and removal work, which matters when you are reaching into awkward spots inside a vehicle or machine panel.

Overview

The Vessel 970CR2SC MEGADORA Clip Remover 2-Piece Set is a trim and fastener removal hand tool set for pulling clips, interior panels, and similar retainers with more control than a flat pry tool. This is a clip remover screwdriver set designed for trim, panel, and clip removal. Model Number: 970CR2SC. If you do automotive interior work, equipment service, or any job where plastic clips need to come out without a fight, this set is aimed right at that kind of work.

What makes these tools useful is the forked remover profile paired with a screwdriver-style handle. Instead of pinching a clip with pliers or digging at it with a standard screwdriver, you get a purpose-built shape that slides under the fastener head and gives you better leverage. That means less slipping, less chewed-up trim, and more control when you are working around interior panels, weatherstrip areas, and other finished surfaces.

Vessel includes two remover sizes in this set: a CR6 x 4-5/16" (110 mm) tool and a CR7-12 x 4-3/4" (120 mm) tool. In practical terms, that gives you one narrower option for tighter clips and one larger option for retainers that need a wider fork opening. Having both in the pouch saves time because you can grab the profile that fits the clip instead of forcing one tool to do everything.

The MEGADORA handle is part of the appeal here. The non-slip grip is shaped like a real hand tool, not a stamped trim stick, so it is easier to hold onto when you need steady pressure. That matters during repetitive trim work because you get better feel at the clip head and less hand fatigue over a full teardown or reinstall job.

The slim shafts also help in places where access is limited. On vehicle interiors and equipment panels, clips are often recessed or tucked near sheet metal, seals, or molded trim. A slim clip remover reaches those fasteners more easily than bulkier pry tools, and the forked tip lets you work under the clip head instead of prying blindly from the side.

From a durability standpoint, this set is made for repeated removal work rather than occasional light-duty use. The tools are built in Japan, and the design is clearly focused on controlled prying rather than brute force. That is the right approach for clip work anyway. The goal is to release the fastener cleanly, not overpower it.

This set is a strong fit for automotive technicians, body and trim guys, detail shops doing panel removal, equipment maintenance crews, and serious DIY users who are tired of breaking clips with improvised tools. If you regularly pull door cards, hatch trim, push clips, or interior retainers, a dedicated clip remover set like this is simply the smarter play.

Built for Interior Trim and Panel Work

This set is made for the kind of work where control matters more than raw force. The forked tips help you get under trim clips and panel retainers cleanly so you can lift them without mangling surrounding material.

• Designed for trim, panel, and clip removal work
• Useful for automotive interiors, equipment panels, and maintenance tasks

Two Profiles for Different Clip Sizes

One of the best things about this set is that it does not force a one-size-fits-all approach. You get a smaller and a larger clip remover, which makes it easier to match the tool to the fastener and avoid unnecessary damage.

• Includes CR6 x 4-5/16" (110 mm) and CR7-12 x 4-3/4" (120 mm) clip removers
• Slim profiles help reach recessed or confined clips

Pro Tip

Start with the smaller CR6 remover when you are not sure how much room you have under the clip head. If it slips or does not support the fastener evenly, step up to the CR7-12 so you lift the clip more squarely and put less stress on the surrounding trim.
