Description:

• All-in-one bit solution creates fast clean holes in all metal applications, eliminating the need to carry multiple bit types (Titanium, Cobalt, or Black Oxide).
• Up to 30X longer life than standard Titanium, Cobalt, and Black Oxide drill bits, resulting in a savings up to $230 per bit.
• Thermal Shield Protective Coating protects the tip against heat, increasing bit life and maximizing bit durability
• Cutting Edge automated precision CNC grinding process allows the bits to slice through all metal types up to 2X faster holes than other bits.
• Split Point Tip (130) makes pre-drilling obsolete and maintains the tips sharpness resulting in increased speed, accurate starts, and precise holes.
• Engineered with productivity top of mind, professionals can drill up to 50% more holes per battery charge allowing more work to be completed in less time and for less cost.
• Optimized Flute Design removes metal debris and shavings faster, keeping the tip cooler for ultimate strength and durability.
• 3-Flat shank increases bit stability by preventing shank slippage and providing ideal torque transmission during tool usage.
• Ideal for metal (mild steel), cast iron, stainless steel, and sheet metals.
• Can also be used to drill through wood and plastic.

Diablo's Metal Demon Drill Bits redefine metal drilling with the industrys first all-in-one bit to tackle all metals: mild, hardened, and stainless steels. Long-gone are the days where professionals must purchase and carry multiple bit types (Titanium, Cobalt, and Black Oxide), the Metal Demon bits exclusive design brings a one-bit solution for any application ensuring maximum durability, speed, precision, and productivity. Diablos proprietary Thermal Shield Protective Coating creates a multi-layered protective barrier around the tip to shield against heat, maximizing durability and increasing the bits life up to 30-times longer than Titanium, Cobalt, or Black Oxide metal drill bits. Cutting Edge, an automated precision CNC grinding process, ensures strict industrial standard angle tolerances that create a cutting motion to minimize bit wear allowing for faster hole drilling up to 2-times than other bits. A 130-degree Hybrid Split Point Tip design creates fast, on-point starts in both stationary and handheld drills. Productivity is now a concern of the past. Metal Demons ability to drill up to 50% more holes per battery charge ensures professionals can complete more in less time. An optimized flute design removes metal debris faster, keeping the tip cooler for ultimate strength and durability in all metal drilling applications. The 3-Flat shank design prevents slippage for accurate hole drilling.
