Angle holes without tilting Woodpeckers DUAX-DEL Duax Angle Drilling Table - Deluxe Kit lets you drill accurate angles from 0 degrees to 90 degrees without messing with your drill press table setup. Locks in the angle Laser-cut teeth and stainless steel side quadrants hold your setting under drilling pressure, so your angles stay consistent from part to part. Deluxe clamping control The included clamping kit helps keep stock from walking: wedge clamping system, hold-down clamps, and button stops for repeatable positioning.

Overview

The Woodpeckers DUAX-DEL Duax Angle Drilling Table - Deluxe Kit (Model DUAX-DEL) is a drill press accessory designed for drilling accurate angled holes and compound-angle joinery without changing the angle of your drill press table. It is built for woodworkers who want repeatable results on parts that meet at an angle, like stool and chair components, racks, holders, and any project that uses dowels or round tenons.

The system is a two-piece setup: a base and an adjustable angle table. The adjustable angle table mounts to the base in four orientations so you can aim the angle where you need it and still keep clearance for the drill press column, clamps, and your workpiece. The table and fence do the positioning work; you set the angle, line up the part, and drill.

Angle holding is where this setup earns its keep. Laser-cut teeth engage for accurate angle settings, and stainless steel quadrants on both sides of the table secure the angle even when you lean into the feed handle. That matters when you are drilling larger holes, using Forstner bits, or drilling across end grain where the tool pressure wants to shift the work.

The "dual" in dual-axis comes from the adjustable fence. It can be set for any angle between 0 degrees and 90 degrees in either direction and positioned anywhere along the table, which helps when you need the work referenced off a fence but still want freedom to place the drilling point exactly where the layout calls for.

The Deluxe Kit adds clamping that is actually useful for angled drilling. The wedge system clamps your work against the fence, and the wedge gets tighter as drilling pressure increases. You also get hold-down clamps to keep the stock planted to the table, plus button stops you can locate in the table slots for repeatable placement, especially with round objects.

Jobsite practicality is baked in. There is a vee-groove down the center of the table to cradle round stock for drilling across the diameter, and the Duax can be adjusted vertically so you can hang it off the edge and drill the ends of longer parts. It is optimized to mount on the Woodpeckers DP-PRO Drill Press Table and earlier Woodpeckers drill press tables, but the attachment slots are designed to work with many drill press table hole and slot patterns. It is intended for drill presses with 12 inch capacity and larger.

Made in Strongsville, Ohio, this is the kind of drill press jig you buy when you are tired of "close enough" angles and you want a repeatable process: set it once, clamp it, and drill a batch of parts that actually match.

Hold Round Stock Steady

Round parts are where angle drilling gets sketchy fast. The center vee-groove gives you a stable cradle so the bit starts where you want, not where the stock decides to roll.

• Center vee-groove supports round stock for drilling across the diameter
• Designed to keep work aligned while you drill at an angle

Repeatable Positioning

If you are drilling more than one part, stops matter. Button stops let you put round stock in the same spot every time, so the layout stays consistent across a set.

• Includes (2) button stops for locating round work in the table slots
• Helps keep hole spacing consistent when drilling multiple parts

Clamp Fast, Clamp Tight

Angled drilling tries to pull the workpiece out of position. The wedge clamping system locks the stock against the fence, and drilling pressure only makes it bite harder.

• Includes wedge clamp system for fence-referenced clamping
• Includes (2) hold-down clamps to keep work planted to the table

Set the Angle, Keep the Setup

Instead of tilting your drill press table and fighting to get it back to square, you set the work on the Duax, lock it down, and drill. Your main drill press stays dialed in.

• Adjustable angle range: 0 degrees to 90 degrees
• Table can mount to the base in four directions for clearance and angle orientation

What's in the Box

• Duax base
• Adjustable angle table
• Adjustable fence
• (2) hold-down clamps
• Wedge clamp system
• (2) button stops
