Four-Bay Fast Charging This Milwaukee battery charger powers up to four packs at the same time, so a full crew is not standing around waiting on one battery at a time. Milwaukee rates it for up to 10x faster charging than standard chargers. Active Pack Cooling COOL-CYCLE active cooling helps hot batteries get back into charge faster. That matters on hard-use days when packs come off tools warm and downtime costs you real time. One Charger, Two Platforms The hybrid bay layout works with both M18 and M12 batteries, and PACKOUT compatibility makes it easier to move, store, and stage on the jobsite without adding another loose charger to the truck.

Overview

The Milwaukee 48-59-1818 M18 & M12 Four Bay Simultaneous Super Charger with PACKOUT Compatibility is built for crews and heavy users who need batteries turned around fast instead of rotated one at a time. This is a battery charger designed for high-demand jobsite charging across Milwaukee M18 and M12 cordless platforms. Model Number: 48-59-1818. If you run multiple tools, multiple batteries, or multiple people off the same charging station, this charger solves a real bottleneck.

The big selling point is simple: it can charge up to four batteries at once and Milwaukee rates it at up to 10x faster charging. For high-output work, that means less waiting and fewer dead packs stacked on the floor. Milwaukee also calls out a 90-minute supercharge for four M18 REDLITHIUM FORGE HD12.0 batteries to 100%, and a 35-minute supercharge to 80% for an M18 REDLITHIUM FORGE XC8.0 or HD12.0 battery. Those numbers matter if your day depends on keeping rotary hammers, grinders, saws, and other battery-hungry tools in service.

What separates this charger from a basic multi-bay unit is that it is not just a rack with four slots. CHARGE ADAPT adaptive charge distribution manages power across all installed packs to maximize productivity when several batteries are on the charger at once. In plain terms, the charger is built to make simultaneous charging useful, not just possible. That is a big deal for contractors who keep different pack sizes in rotation and do not want one battery type slowing down the whole cycle.

COOL-CYCLE active cooling is another practical upgrade. Hot packs normally slow the charging process because heat is the enemy of fast turnarounds. Milwaukee designed this unit to provide high-speed cooling for less downtime, and that gives it an advantage in high-demand applications where batteries are coming off tools warm. If your crew is running continuous cutting, drilling, fastening, or concrete work, that cooling system helps keep the charger from becoming the weak link.

The bay layout is also thought through for mixed-platform users. This charger has two M18-only bays and two hybrid bays that accept either M18 or M12 batteries. That makes the Milwaukee 48-59-1818 M18 & M12 Four Bay Simultaneous Super Charger with PACKOUT Compatibility a better fit for service trucks, punch-list crews, maintenance departments, and contractors who use compact M12 tools alongside heavier M18 tools. Instead of carrying separate chargers for both systems, you can centralize the setup.

On the jobsite side, Milwaukee kept portability in mind. The unit is PACKOUT compatible, includes a carrying handle, and can also be wall mounted. That gives you options: keep it as part of a mobile PACKOUT stack, mount it in a trailer or shop, or stage it where multiple trades can cycle packs through during the day. The onboard LED indicator also gives charging and pack performance feedback, which helps users quickly see charger status without guessing.

Milwaukee also built in REDLINK intelligence so the charger communicates directly with the battery pack to monitor charge status and optimize speed and performance. That matters because fast charging is only valuable if it is managed correctly. For users invested in Milwaukee cordless tools, this charger is not just about speed. It is about maintaining battery workflow across the full M18 and M12 battery lineup with a purpose-built charging station.

Who should buy it? This is a strong fit for contractors running several batteries every day, crews sharing packs across a job, and shops that want one main charging hub for Milwaukee cordless tools. It is probably more charger than a light weekend user needs, but for framing crews, electricians, mechanical trades, masonry teams, maintenance staff, and serious Milwaukee platform users, the time savings are easy to justify.

Keep More Batteries in Rotation

When a crew is burning through packs all day, one-battery charging is a traffic jam. This charger is built to move several batteries through the cycle at once so tools get back in service faster.

• Charges up to four batteries simultaneously
• Rated for up to 10x faster charging than standard chargers
• CHARGE ADAPT distributes power across installed packs for better jobsite productivity

Built for High-Demand Workflows

Fast charging only helps if the charger can handle hot batteries coming off real work. COOL-CYCLE active cooling is aimed at exactly that problem, helping packs charge faster after demanding use.
