Description:

The Ozar range of Outside Spring Calipers are designed for taking comparative measurements and transferring the dimensions to a micrometer or a precision rule. They are adjusted until their legs make contact with an external diameter, groove, or other feature and locked in place. Then the distance between the legs is measured with a ruler or high-precision gauge. These calipers are commonly used in metalworking, machining, and woodworking applications.

The Ozar range of Outside Spring Calipers are manufactured from the highest quality of ductile iron. Ductile iron has higher strength, better ductility, heat-resistance, corrosion and abrasion resistance and toughness when compared with regular steel.

The design of these calipers, with their fine adjustment feature, ensures quick and positive settings when taking or transferring specific measurements.

Features:

• Made from high quality ductile iron
• Quick and positive adjustments with a smooth and precise screw action
